Favorable Judgment Secured

Jason McKnight obtained judgment in favor of a corporate landlord client in a commercial rent and possession matter in St. Charles County, Missouri. Our client was involved in a protracted dispute with a tenant and we were able to successfully obtain judgment for the entirety of the client's unpaid rent, attorney fees and costs. The tenant was evicted from the premises within two weeks.
