Favorable Settlement of Employee Dispute

Jason McKnight obtained a favorable settlement for our client in a violation of non-competition agreement case in St. Louis County, Missouri. Two former employees of the client left and attempted to retain accounts they serviced with their new employer. We filed suit alleging breach of non-competition agreement and tortious interference with business expectation. After the first day of trial, defendants agreed to settle under confidential terms.
