Summary Judgment Granted

Summary judgment was granted in favor of our client in a personal injury case in Madison County, Illinois after the defendant filed a third-party claim contending the plaintiff employee was not properly trained or supervised by the client. The defendant claimed the lack of training and supervision was the cause of the plaintiff’s injuries, rather than his own negligence, but the Court expressly concluded that our client "undisputedly provided a safe place to work" and therefore was not legally responsible for the claimant’s injury.
